My presentation's topic is Fried.
My presentation is mainly about the health
hazards caused by deep-fried foods and the countermeasures against those health
hazards. I learned that the substance called acrylamide generated when
deep-fried foods has a carcinogenic effect, so it is necessary to be careful.
Also, since ingesting a large amount of fried food may cause diabetes and
neuropathy, I felt that I should be careful about the amount of ingestion when
making this presentation.
In addition, I was very surprised to learn
that there are different types of oils that have a positive effect on health. I
further increased this knowledge in supporting health from the perspective of
