The fourth presentation report
Group 1 Foreign Trad Food
1．Yuuki Ichinomiya
Her presentation was about pho, one of the traditional Vietnamese dishes. Pho was surprised to learn that she could be eaten at breakfast for the first time. She also felt she was healthy because pho was made from rice and water. I also want to eat instant pho.
２．Noriko Honda
Her presentation was about traditional Spanish cuisine. She was very surprised to learn for the first time that Spanish Mediterranean diet is a registered heritage of intangible cultural heritage. She thought the ahiijyo, made from seafood, olive oil, garlic and vegetables, looked very good. She also found that she often cooked with olive oil.
3．Mayuko Nishi
Her presentation was about traditional Thai content. She was interested in Tom Yum Kung's three types of soup, and she wanted to compare all the varieties. She was also surprised that Gen, which is a Thai curry, does not contain curry powder. She knew that the secret to the mellowness of green curry was coconut milk.
４．Jui Maruyama
The content of her presentation was about Russian food. She was very interested in the bread called Karabai, which was decorated like a decoration cake. I want to see the real thing. She knew how to make ferme, which is similar to Japanese dumplings, and wanted to make and eat it.
5．Hibiki Nakamura
The content of her presentation was about traditional Russian food. I was very curious about how the red soup, which looks like a Japanese stew made from meat and vegetables, tastes good. She also learned that she mainly uses white sauce in Russia, and she was surprised at the difference from Japan.
6．Yuki Hukuyama
Her presentation was about traditional Hawaiian food. She felt that the colorful apipoki resembled a Japanese seafood bowl. She was shocked to find that she still eats a dish called Calapig, which is steamed pigs wrapped in banana leaves. I really want to eat a sweet called Kurobou.
7.Ritsu Kawahara
Her presentation was about traditional Korean food. I personally like Korean food, so it was very interesting. Above all, I was very surprised that Korea has a black day to eat Jajangmyeon. I really want to eat Jajangmyeon.
8．Yuu Shigemasa
Her presentation was about traditional hot pots from different countries. Chinese hot pots have dividers and I found it very nice to enjoy two types of flavors at once. She also thought that Nigeria seems to be very spicy even though Pepe soup is a hot pot.
You were very smiling and talking and made a very good impression. I was very interested in listening to you.

返信削除There were speaking techniques such as pronunciation and speed, and it was easy to understand the contents. I think it would be a better presentation if we had more eye contact.
